agora, os usu\u00e1rios ter\u00e3o acesso as seguintes funcionalidades:<\/p><ul><li>Inclus\u00e3o do m\u00f3dulo\u00a0<strong>\u201cParcerias Volunt\u00e1rias\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_Ato2011-2014\/2014\/Lei\/L13019.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lei Federal n\u00ba 13.019\/2014<\/a>).<\/li><li>A Lei 12.527 de 18 de novembro de 2011 disp\u00f5e sobre os procedimentos a serem observados pela Uni\u00e3o, Estados, Distrito Federal e Munic\u00edpios, com o fim de garantir o acesso a informa\u00e7\u00f5es. Com o prop\u00f3sito de regulamentar o direito constitucional de acesso dos cidad\u00e3os \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas e seus dispositivos, o Munic\u00edpio de Campo Bom, instituiu a Lei Municipal Lei Municipal n\u00ba 3.862\/2012, de 29 de maio de 2012.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0INFORMA\u00c7\u00d5ES SOBRE LICITA\u00c7\u00d5ES, EDITAIS E RESULTADOS DE CERTAMES<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Em atendimento ao Artigo 8\u00ba, \u00a7 1\u00ba, IV, da Lei federal n\u00ba 12.527, de 2011, o munic\u00edpio disponibiliza as informa\u00e7\u00f5es referentes aos processo licitat\u00f3rios. O Portal da Transpar\u00eancia \u00e9 um canal que disponibiliza de forma clara e organizada as informa\u00e7\u00f5es da execu\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria do Munic\u00edpio ao cidad\u00e3o, bem como os\u00a0Relat\u00f3rios Cont\u00e1beis e de Gest\u00e3o Fiscal.\u00a0 Por meio do Portal, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel acessar os dados de receita e despesa acumuladas por exerc\u00edcio, entidade, \u00f3rg\u00e3o, fun\u00e7\u00e3o, tipo de gasto e favorecido.
